Indonesia's resident Mountie, embassy liaison officer Patrick Martin, sports a tie that bears the Royal Coat of Arms of Canada to the celebration of 152 years of Confederation hosted by the Canadian ambassador at Jakarta's Fairmont Hotel. Martin was the only member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police at the event, so unfortunately the guests were deprived the sight of the formal Red Serge uniform.
