How many diplomats and government ministers does it take to cut a cake? Quite a few, judging by the crowd on stage at the Canadian Embassy's celebration of Canada Day on July 1, 2019. The cake-cutting in the grand ballroom of Jakarta's Fairmont Hotel involved Peter MacArthur (center in black suit), ambassador to Indonesia and Timor Leste, Diedrah Kelly (red dress), ambassador to ASEAN, Susi Pudjiastuti (between them), Indonesian minister of fisheries, and several other dignitaries.
