Hikers preparing to climb Monts Groulx in eastern Quebec are given seven rules to follow: 1. Be prepared; 2. Use hard surfaces; 3. Manage your trash; 4. Don't break anything; 5. Keep fires contained; 6. Respect wildlife; and 7. Respect other trail users. The overall rule is "Leave no trace".
